Serdemy is an online exam preparation platform offering practice tests, study tools, flashcards, mindmaps, and related educational content for FINRA securities licensing examinations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscription & Payment

Premium access is available through paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to premium content and waive any right to a refund.

5. Pass Guarantee

We offer a 2-Year Unconditional Pass Guarantee. If you purchase a plan, study diligently using our platform, and do not pass your FINRA exam, we will extend your access at no additional cost until you pass. This is an access extension guarantee, not a refund guarantee. To claim this benefit, contact our support team with proof of your exam result.

6. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer

All content on Serdemy — including practice questions, explanations, flashcards, mindmaps, and study materials — is original, self-created content developed by the Serdemy team. This content is not copied from, endorsed by, or affiliated with FINRA, any official examining body, or any third-party exam preparation provider.

Serdemy is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) or any other regulatory organization. FINRA® is a registered trademark of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. Use of exam series names is for descriptive purposes only.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Serdemy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Serdemy provides study materials and practice tests as educational tools. We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall Serdemy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
